AI Image Translator

A focused single-page AI utility site for translating text from images. The project started from one search intent, kept the MVP scope narrow, and combined a tool-first interface with SEO-ready content.

Product Structure

  • Started from a narrow search intent instead of a broad AI product idea.
  • Placed the upload, language selection, preview, and result experience directly in the first screen.
  • Kept the MVP focused on OCR, source-language detection, and translated text output.

Execution Notes

  • Used a hand-written single-page frontend to avoid unnecessary application structure.
  • Protected the AI request path with a Cloudflare Pages Function and Turnstile verification.
  • Built SEO sections, FAQ content, and structured data as part of the product page instead of adding them later.

Reusable Learning

  • A keyword can act as a practical product constraint for small utility products.
  • For clear task-based tools, a working interface is often stronger than a large marketing hero.
  • A side project should have closeout notes so it can be archived and reused without staying mentally open-ended.
