Joined as a core member of an on-campus student-run café and crowdfunding venture, operating as a mini startup funded by student shareholders.
- ◆Managed crowdfunding shareholder operations — sourcing unique features to energize the investor community and drive foot traffic at the Wushan branch.
- ◆Planned and executed marketing campaigns, including New Year's Eve and Christmas events, to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- ◆Supported the CEO on organizational operations: facilitated regular core-team meetings and implemented performance review mechanisms.

Led the planning and execution of a signature activity at SCUT's 3rd G&B Cultural Exchange Festival — a handmade candle DIY party that became one of the festival's most popular events.
- ◆Planned the full project from concept to execution: confirmed division of responsibilities, liaised with all internal departments, and tracked progress across sub-teams.
- ◆Ran a multi-channel promotion campaign: WeChat, Weibo, QQ online; on-campus booths offline.
- ◆Coordinated cross-departmental resources — design team for posters, press team for on-site coverage, organization team for ticketing.
- ◆Event attracted 120+ student participants, earning widespread praise from both students and faculty.
