"This was my product awakening. Joining a startup straight from university meant no playbook, no mentor, and no safety net — just a blank page and the responsibility to ship. I had to grow from a student into an owner, fast."

Reflection

Growth & Ownership

Working at CeCode was my first taste of real product ownership. Without a senior PM to shadow or a structured process to follow, I had to build my own frameworks on the fly — scoping requirements, managing developer timelines, and presenting to enterprise stakeholders all within the same week. It was uncomfortable, often chaotic, and exactly what I needed. The discipline, the bias for action, and the instinct to focus on user problems over feature lists — all of that was forged here.
